Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- For the children’s tour, can adults accompany the child/children?
Ans: Yes, adults are definitely welcome. But do take note it is chargeable.
- What if my child needs to take his medication?
Ans: No worries, we will help to administer. We just need the medication to be placed in a clear bag with instructions.
- What if during the tour my child decides not to continue, will I be refunded?
Ans: No, any premature tour will not be refunded. Be rest assured, all our tours are fun filled.
- What does my child need for the tour?
Ans: We will email you a checklist. Not much to bring, just a big smile.
- Can I communicate with my child during the tour?
Ans: Certainly. We will constantly update you and will send you pictures too.
- Will there be a first aid kit?
Ans: Yes, safety will be our utmost priority, there will be a first aid kid throughout the duration of the tour.
- Can the drop off location be different from the pickup location?
Ans: Yes we can arrange for it.
- Will there be any snacks or drinks provided during the tour?
Ans: No, but we can stop along the way for your child to purchase something to eat and drink. If need to, we will be happy to assist.
- Can my child bring along some snacks and drinks?
Ans: Yes, we will encourage it. But not too much, Singapore is a food paradise, there’s food available everywhere.
Terms and conditions
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund will be made (excluding booking and administrative charges) if you cancel more than 5 days in advance, before the start of tour.
- 50% of the refund will be made (excluding booking and administrative charges) if you cancel between 5 days and 2 days in advance before the start of the tour.
- No refunds will be made if you cancel 48 hours or less before the start of the tour.
- No refunds if you do not turn up for the tour or leave in the midst of the tour.
- There will be a grace waiting time of 15 minutes from the booking time. Guests will be charged $30.00 for every 15 minutes of additional waiting time from booking timing.
Booking and administrative charges are non-refundable. These are terms and conditions of third parties that we use to process your bookings online. Total non-refundable fee is 7% of the overall cost.
Reschedule Policy
If you have rescheduled your travel plans and would like to re-book at a different date, we will be happy to assist you and try our level best to accommodate you. Reschedule cannot be done 2 days before the start of tour.
Rain policy
We will continue with the tour come rain or shine. Armed with an umbrella and with the many sheltered walk ways, no reason to cancel.
